This is an organization that truly cares about its patients, its product and its employees. It's so rewarding to work for a company that cares so deeply about what it does. The commitment to quality in all aspects of the business is refreshing. The growth is exciting. Love being a part of this company!

The commute, wish we were more centrally located. Break room needs an update.

CEO is horrible to work with. At first, I could do no wrong. Then she flip flopped and had her cronies work with me. She does not know the business and when she is at work, does nothing. No vision and No skill...Worst experience ever.

Treating the babies. Positive experience making changes in lives. The team is positive and the hours a good.

Cons

At the LA office, the manager is oppressive and overbearing. Our group is fed up and many of us are looking to leave. She talks down to us and has awful people skills. Time for a change.
