Pros
My co workers were fun to work with. Training helps you in any customer service and retail job you will have.
Cons
Too much stress and pressure on associates, with no compensation or even acknowledgement of hard work. Keeps raising goals, while business keeps getting worse. The upper management seem to look down on the sales associates, and too overbearing. Designs are constantly being reused, despite them not selling.
