Pros

I have been with Crazy Shirts for over 8 years, and it's a great company to work for. If you work hard and do your job well, Crazy Shirts is a very rewarding company that does care about you, has great growth opportunities and cares about your personal life as well, which is almost unheard of by most company's.

Cons

If you want a pay check handed to you without having good performance and attendance, then don't work here, you'll hate it. They definitely hold people to a high standard and hold people accountable.

Good employee discount and specials for friends & family.

Cons

Management relies on butt kissers so make sure you don't rock the boat in any way or you'll pay dearly. Very sales driven to the point of overworking employees at all levels without proper compensation or even a thank you (if you're a butt kisser). Core values only apply to certain employees - favorites can get away with treating people poorly. Certain managers are "psycho"

Pay! After achieving large sales increases, the raise was 5 cents an hour!!!!!!!!! They push hard for sales performance but no real reward for doing so
