      The manager treats you like a student in elementary always constantly watching you making it uncomfortable to work . - He told one of the workers they weren’t allowed to grab there water to drink during the shift because it wasn’t break time ( is that even legal?)

      What they offer is a joke in benefits, false promises to keep you there to fill space

      Lazy people get promoted because of favoritism Assembly line work Little pay Barely anyone gets a raise Hr is immature People leave ALL THE TIME

      Pros

      Paid Time Off accrues quickly. Workers come together as a team to help each other. A chance to contribute to the production of a high quality end product.

      Cons

      The remuneration for years of dedicated hard work in less than safe conditions is awful. There aren't even standard of living increases in one of the most expensive metro areas in the USA. Previous manager lied to me about receiving a raise and strung me along. Had to wait a year and a half to receive a performance-based raise. I never got another one, even after breaking an all time production record.
