      Times are a changing

      Pros

      As long as I have worked at this company I have never seen such a positive change. The company is working together. New leadership in the CEO is second to none and see his impact on the other leaders. Life department leadership and communications is much improved and making goals. Annuity teams are making goals and recruiting well. This company is on the verge of greatness.

      Cons

      None at this point. I can see the change in all executives. Great build for culture. Fun to make bonus every month!

      Pros

      At one point the company was on the same page with the same vision. There was a sense of team. It has a nice office, some good people left.

      Cons

      The company went independent. The partners that own the company now are ex-carrier big wigs and in my opinion are in it to line their own pockets and have no heart. Life leadership is the worst of the bunch - if you knew the back story there you'd never want to work there. The ex-president seems to have just faded away in the face of the new alpha-dog leadership. They had a younger exec and he tried at one point but he left before it went south or before he was pushed out. Since then we had no new leadership that is a force for change. It's very sad actually - the employees are needing leadership but that's not what they are getting and they are too afraid to say anything. This company could have been great. With its current ex-carrier ownership it may never be great again.
