      Pros

      The company culture here is great as a good work/home life balance is encouraged. There are so many wonderful people that work here that has lead to some great relationships. I’ve been with the company 5+ years. Great place to establish a career.

      Cons

      Working remotely is discouraged which is a shame for the times we are in.

      Pros

      Everyone here wants to work here. People don't slack at their job. Everyone who works is very compassionate and fun. From my perspective I dont think the company has a single bad manager. The people in charge know how to inspire and encourage innovation. they aren't okay with just coasting. They're constantly trying to up their game and become the best they can be.

      Cons

      the chairs. They're just not that comfortable. if you're vegetarian then a con for you would be that they order BBQ a lot.
