      What's not to love?

      Pros

      Challenging and engaging work with lots of opportunity in a company that knows how to make money and (almost) everyone leaves at 5? What's not to love? This is a company that understands the importance of having a good company culture and really works at keeping it positive. No company is going to hand out promotions if you don't give it your best, but this is a company that recognizes and rewards hard work and appreciates new ideas.

      Pros

      CreativeOne has a very engaging company culture. The leadership team are incredibly approachable and ready to listen to new ideas. The company is very progressive and forward thinking with their marketing and IT offerings. The career opportunities have provided me a path for my future with the company and offers a great work/life balance. I have been with Creative for 20 years and I can't see me working any place else. CreativeOne is very friendly environment with great benefits and competitive salaries.

      Good company but has lost some of its luster

      Pros

      Almost all of the employees are pleasant people. The work environment is generally low stress. Management seems to genuinely value a good work-life balance for everyone. They have a great benefits package, especially health insurance. Plus, a 401k match. The employees get to leave one hour early on Friday. Sometimes, they get to leave early on the workday prior to a holiday. They also have company events, like attending a Royals game. There are opportunities for a bonus if the sales departments hit their goals.

      Cons

      The company once had a more family feel. However, after a changing of the guard at the top, with new executives taking over from outside the company, the company has morphed into a more corporate feel. Lower employee morale and higher turnover have resulted. With it being a smaller company, there are fewer opportunities for advancement. Unless you are in the sales departments, your work has virtually no impact on whether you get a bonus.
