      Pros

      As long as I have worked at this company I have never seen such a positive change. The company is working together. New leadership in the CEO is second to none and see his impact on the other leaders. Life department leadership and communications is much improved and making goals. Annuity teams are making goals and recruiting well. This company is on the verge of greatness.

      Cons

      None at this point. I can see the change in all executives. Great build for culture. Fun to make bonus every month!

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with, great work-life balance and benefits including health, generous 401k and PTO. I'd go back.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any downsides other than maybe a budget for training for the employees. I really liked it.
