      Pros

      Department leadership is highly effective. Positive team culture, Invests in employee skill development through professional conferences and student tuition program. Overall benefits package is great - employee feedback is truly considered and applied to the business. A company that conducts business in line with their values - overall, people are customer and team centric.

      Cons

      Some growing pains like most companies as market and industry evolve. However, the senior leadership team and organization are truly working diligently to create the best customer experience.

      Lots of freebies and decent PTO

      Cons

      Pay sucks, no advancement possibilities, and management is too much. There was a 1x1 every week--for absoloutely no reason, and they can see EVERYTHING you do!! Call quality monitors are mandatory and you have a set number that will be done each month. They listen in on your calls AND can see what you're doing on the screen while you're on the call. If you don't state the robotic prompts every phone call, then you're marked down on quality. It's not about helping the customer, it's about metrics. Pay sucks, so you have to kill yourself for the monthly bonus to make the job worth it. Guaranteed to burnout withih a few months. Not a GPTW. Management treats employee engagement and team collaboration like a cult. If you just want to do your job and logoff, this isn't the place for you. They play favorites based on who they like personally more than who does the best work.
