Pros
CAC truly does care about their employees well-being. The listening culture is unreal compared to others in the same industry. The pay is fair if you work hard and the department itself is easy going and overall relaxed. Good benefits and especially PTO.
Cons
It can be a cut throat industry. Also the work itself was repetitive and at timestedious. It's a call center so you will deal with incompetent/ignorant people daily.
