No direction at all at the Sr leadership level everyone is a yes man and no one really challenges anything when challenged to do so. Lots of new people and everyone seems concerned with IPO for personal reasons only. CK is a marketing company at heart that makes money pedaling credit and loans to the subprime market "those with bad credit". While they claim to help people its questionable how true that is. Lots of data since geared towards marketing but beyond that the product is weak if not none existent. If you want to build this is not the place. If you are in sales or BD its not a bad gig, but keep in mind CK attracts a certain type of employee, lots of internal chatter about harassment and infighting reminded me of being in high school but this time with the spiteful unpopular kids that have chips on their shoulders.

The company is very lacking in culture. Attempts at group activities seem forced (see the recruiting page) at best and are a poor substitute for meaningful perks. The Princess wishes of a select few are prioritized over providing competitive benefits that serve the entire company. The executive team no longer interfaces with most employees and seems checked out for the most part. Bureaucracy is king and simple tasks are difficult to accomplish due to a palpable lack of confidence and institutionalized layers of micromanagement.
