Pros

I’ve had a positive experience working here overall. The company has a great culture with a focus on building community at work and work-life balance. I generally feel that my contributions have been recognized and fairly rewarded, the pay has been in line with my expectations, and I appreciate the organization's transparency around salary and benefits. I also enjoy working with my coworkers—they're collaborative and easy to work with, which creates a pleasant environment.

Cons

There is a lot of work to do, and sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hands to go around. It can get overwhelming at times- there are too many projects to handle without hiring more staff. However, the leadership team is aware of this, and there are discussions about improving workload distribution and adding additional resources.
