      Good pay and decent benefits

      Cons

      Very disorganized, I did not feel like they valued myself or my time. People were constantly late for meetings. What they said during the recruiting and interview process changed after I started without anyone telling me about these changes.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great, I enjoy my work when management is not around. They come and destroy moral on a daily basis and the overtime is non stop. There is no reward for skilled/hard work and no corrective action for poor work ethic. So you get nothing but an I dont give a crapwork force. If that sounds like your cup of tea then come join the I don't give a crap team.

      Everything except getting paid is a con.
