      Pros

      People are great, the persons on the floor keep the culture alive of the previous leadership/ established culture.

      Cons

      New leadership/ owners trying to convert the company to something it is not. They do not listen to their people. They would be more successful if they took time to understand the history.

      Pros

      There is a large focus on employee safety. Overall the company has a focus on its improvement culture (doesn't always happen due to finance and resource availability but they try). Always know what your going to get day in and day out. Its a stable company that is used to riding the tides of the markets it serves.

      Cons

      Leadership is very poor right now. Engineering staff works hard to implement improvements but they are understaffed for the project they have going. If your looking for a job that values and/or acknowledges your efforts look elsewhere as it won't happen here.
