      Pros

      Good core of people. Have compassion for each other's well being. Company builds a great well built product.

      Cons

      CEO and Enclosure General Manager are out of touch with employees, company needs and business trends. Both are just waiting to retire. Have little compassion for their team. Make it very frustrating to work there. Engineering leaders are very weak and in over their heads.

      Work together as a team very well. There are issues with producting / scheduling and customer response like any company but everyone pitches in to solve the end problem.

      Cons

      Lots of change - not always waiting for consensus before changing again.
