      Pros

      Many great people that work really hard. Things are chaotic but many issues would be easy to remedy. Easy business to understand with consistent product demand. Pay & benefits are good for company size.

      Cons

      Few members of leadership lack basic interpersonal skills and routinely alienate and belittle people around them. There's general lack of direction and appreciation that flows down to all levels.

      I liked working with the people.

      New management had no clue about the Company and did not care to learn. Too many working remote in HR and did not interact with the employees.

      Good pay and decent benefits

      Cons

      Very disorganized, I did not feel like they valued myself or my time. People were constantly late for meetings. What they said during the recruiting and interview process changed after I started without anyone telling me about these changes.
