      The pay is better than most competitors in the area and offer benefits. The company is also seemingly stable with a good future to grow.

      Cons

      There can be little or poor communication between departments and supervisors to employees. Many here don't feel the company has the interests of the base level hourly workers in mind when making company decisions.
