Good Pay, and they let you do your job without much interference.

Cons

Management is young and inexperienced. They'll promise you the moon but never follow up on it. Their solution to resolving personnel issues is to throw money at it and hope it goes away.

Try to get some contacts in California. Being limited to 5-10 states limits opportunities for employees to move.

The company has amazing communication with their employees. They really care. When I was sick last year and ran out of PTO they ave me an extra week off and did not hesitate. My Resource Manager actually gave my family and I a ride to the airport too. They really care.
