      Decent employer to work for.

      Pros

      Good starting wages, great vacation time, good 401(k) package, good benefits, decent hours. Opportunities to make bonus pay every month. Everyone is friendly. HR does good about keeping everyone in the loop about whats going on in the company, and the company cares about the community etc.

      Cons

      High school atmosphere where everybody gossips about everybody. I can only speak on behalf of one site but there is no room for advancement really. I personally don't feel valued as a employee. Some supervisors can be shady at times in the way the handle matters. There is a invisible wall that divides office personal from production and maintenance. Some people get raises and some don't regardless if you work hard.

      Pros

      Had very intelligent and decent colleagues. They were willing to help you and provide expertise when propmted. Gradute Trainee program was an extremely positive experience especially within Marketing, SHE, and the R&D labs. Also, had great experiences with contractors and operators. Overall, a good experience I am thankful to have encountered.

      Cons

      Always have the fear of being fired. Poor work/life balance. Unrealistic expectations from management (ie. No reward for going the extra mile but chastised if you only fulfill your obligations). Poor management culture that had been rewarded. Engineers are not valued due to high profit margins.

      Co-workers and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Management style is toxic and focused on holding employees back and some manager's whole style is to break employees down making them feel worthless and controlling them by making them constantly fear their wrath or getting fired. They use manipulation of power and influence to push out employees.
