Salary ok, doesn't keep pace with the market rate Friendly place & colleagues, lots of social activities Opportunites for career progression, but not a really stressful environment Location - environment

Pros

Had very intelligent and decent colleagues. They were willing to help you and provide expertise when propmted. Gradute Trainee program was an extremely positive experience especially within Marketing, SHE, and the R&D labs. Also, had great experiences with contractors and operators. Overall, a good experience I am thankful to have encountered.

Cons

Always have the fear of being fired. Poor work/life balance. Unrealistic expectations from management (ie. No reward for going the extra mile but chastised if you only fulfill your obligations). Poor management culture that had been rewarded. Engineers are not valued due to high profit margins.
