Great Benefits and Bonus every three months. Management, CEO, and corporate staff and friendly and helpful. They want you to succeed and help you do so. 42-48 hrs a week.

Cons

They take over stores who were run down and neglected. Takes tons of work to turn them around.

Flexibility in scheduling Ability to lead your store with support from Territory Manager Paid time off is competitive and no blackouts like others give.

Cons

Pay is low compared to industry Paperwork is tedious Not paid for all hours worked expected to be available 24/7 365. Corp seems to have high turnover in key leadership quarterly
