Pros

Friendly staff, my coworkers try to stay positive despite the cons

Cons

Unrealistic expectations for all operations people. No real support from corporate office staff or real guided training for the wanted expectations. If you are cold, heartless and willing to not help others then look no further for a promotion.

Pros

Since they bought out all Applgreen Exxon's and have been operating them as of March 2024 it's been all downhill, can't really think of any pro's!!!

Cons

As an Assistant Manager,you are not recognized by corporate as Management and do not receive any of the same benefits as Managers even though you are over the food service manager who does receive those benefits,I could go on but I won't.

No bonus structure, which dampens employee morale. Healthcare options are subpar and don't meet expectations for a modern workplace. Company celebrates big wins publicly (e.g., fuel sales, trading success) but offers minimal appreciation for employees (e.g., crackers for Christmas instead of meaningful rewards).
