Pros

Remote Work Option. Most people are kind.

Cons

Significant lack of care or any compassion shown from leadership during 2023 Lay-Offs. The firm continued to boast hiring plans whilst many faced immediate termination. In times of need, core values became mere words on the wall and leadership were no longer embodiments of these. DEI is only a marketing campaign and there is still a significant imbalance when it comes to hiring and internal promotions.

Pros

Friendly leadership and C-suite, competitive benefits package and good parking. Have fun company events which are after-hours.

Cons

The culture on paper contradicts the actual everyday, they do want FaceTime. The office is uninspiring, it's a cube-farm. The ability to working from home is inconsistent and there seems to be a need for optics in certain departments. It also important to note that many people have worked with the CEOs before so that in a way creates a sub-culture.

Pros

There are some good people depending on the project.

Cons

Company culture is aggressive and unwelcoming. Leadership has no clear direction and doesn’t build confidence. What they say and what they do don’t match. The COO sets rules but doesn’t follow them. Pay is low compared to similar companies, and growth is limited. The work gets repetitive and not very engaging. Work-life balance is hard to keep. People leave often, so the high turnover is obvious. Overall, it ends up being a pretty terrible place if you want stability or growth.
