Pros

There are some good people depending on the project.

Cons

Company culture is aggressive and unwelcoming. Leadership has no clear direction and doesn’t build confidence. What they say and what they do don’t match. The COO sets rules but doesn’t follow them. Pay is low compared to similar companies, and growth is limited. The work gets repetitive and not very engaging. Work-life balance is hard to keep. People leave often, so the high turnover is obvious. Overall, it ends up being a pretty terrible place if you want stability or growth.

Bad leadership

Pros

Great client exposure and some people are very intelligent

Cons

Leadership invests so little in essential business operations, that it is almost baffling. Why improve your tech stack when you can just make your people struggle and pay the cost of your own greed? Partners are incredibly self-serving and do very little to help their teams succeed. Politics is the name of the game here and ethics are an afterthought.

Pros

You work on different projects and do various tasks, so you learn new things all the time. Coworkers are professional and supportive, always happy to hear and discuss your ideas. Managers are clear about expectations and give you space to do your job. Interacting with clients helps you improve your communication skills. The pay and benefits are standard for the position.

Cons

Projects usually have tight deadlines, so you can't afford to relax on the job.
