      Not a good company for those with ambition

      Pros

      wealthy company, job is not going anyplace, they don't fire people too often and put up with poor workers.

      Cons

      Odd hours, working every shift in one weeks time, low pay with no overtime, little hope for advancement, poor management. Company has little interest in employees outside of work.

      its got nice employees that work there.

      Cons

      dont pay enough and dont get any breaks and only 30 mins. for lunch for 40 hour workers. dont every have the cleaning supplies you need.

      Pros

      Job Security, solid management, fast paced environments, autonomy, opportunity for growth, opportunity to relocate to desired locations, company growth. Financially the company performs well so the pressure to perform is cyclical instead of 24/7.

      Cons

      Upper level managment (corporate) too focused on financials and not enough on service delivery. Crothall is very large and it becomes easy to "get lost" in the size of the company as an employee. I would much rather work for a smaller company but I would lose the opportunities that come with a company like Crothall.
