Pros

I've been at CrowdStrike for a few months now and couldn't be happier. I left one "great place to work," to come work for CrowdStrike and I was hesitant because my other experience wasn't great. However, after only being here a short time I really feel valued as an employee and cared about as a person, something I never felt in my last company after nearly 3 years. The pay is great, a lot of employees get to work from home and they understand that people have families.

Cons

It can be hard getting started being remote, a little more direction from the get go maybe and the hiring process was a little slow, but so worth it!

Pros

I've been at CrowdStrike since late 2015 and love it. The priorities are as follows: 1(a) protecting our customers, 1(b) maintaining company culture. I've see this company go through rapid expansion and have seen mature into the leading cybersecurity company in the industry. If you do work from an office, the facilities are top tier. We get lunch catered weekly, fully stocked snacks, if you need software or any assets to help you do your job, the company issues it or buys it for you with out grilling you for advanced justification.

Cons

The rapid growth has had its own challenges. Some elements have grown quicker than others, which creates stresses in some respects. Executives are open to feedback on this topic and supportive in providing assistance as needed.

Pros

Nothing that it different from other organizations

Cons

The space is less to state but let me try 1. No integrity of the top level senior management. No management support for engineering team 2. No work life balance 3. The management hires engineering team with no uniform rules 4. Engineers are exploited at times. Good engineers are not recognized. 5. No great benefits. 6. Extremely slow hiring process
