You have many opportunities to expand your knowledge base through ongoing training. The company frequently offers training in various areas such as safety, computer programs, and offers money for college.

Cons

Forty hour work week which is unheard of in construction but the workload is heavy. You have to be very focused to get it done in 40 hours.
