Cons
The absolute worst people to work for on the face of this planet (the managers at my office - I cannot speak for the corporate level). Long hours, poor pay, and always threatening to fire or write you up. Unrealistic deadlines, cut too many corners, and compromised worker safety all in the name of the mighty dollar. My boss was the type that would tell you to do something and you go do the assigned task to the letter, and when something goes wrong he will blame you for not following his instructions. For example, let's say he tells you to do project A and you didn't finish by the deadline he would chew you out because he told you to do project B. He constantly would set people up to fail to meet deadlines so he could put the blame on someone else for his shortcomings. If he would place as much effort and energy on completing projects within the deadlines he would be able to finish every project ahead of schedule. Top heavy managers made office environment extremely hostile. I have witnessed several fights, chairs being thrown across the room, and lots of unethical behavior.
