1. The work you will do matters. You will deal with complicated engineering projects. 2. You will solve some difficult problems. 3. You will get to have hands on experience in construction management, engineering processes, and learn alot regarding worker safety, waste water, and construction practices 4. You will deal with scheduling, communication and work on a small team.

Cons

1. Training is not really an important factor 2. Work culture surrounds working 45 + hours a week 3. Fast pace and high stress environment 4. You will deal with a lot of different personalities, and this can be a pro and a con at the same time.
