Good company but mired in old ways trying to evolve to new ways

Friendly people, privately owned with pension and bonuses, employee insurance paid 100% and family insurance paid by employee is minimal cost to employee

Cons

The company is a long-term privately owned company with employees going back decades. The company is trying to evolve to a modern company and investing money in technology to make the change, but the support and backbone to emphasize necessary business process changes is almost non-existent - leadership at the executive levels needs to evolve with the owner's vision.

In addition, each employee accrues vacation time each pay period, along with company holidays and 8 personal hours per year.
