      Pros

      Crowley is a great company to work for. The provide training and offer great benefits. I love working for Crowley and I will come back to work with them at any time.

      Cons

      Crowley is a fast paced and always changing environment. In my eyes that is not a problem but is not for every one.

      Pros

      Great benefits. The people I worked with are hard working and loyal to a fought. Company wide training is required for all employees

      Cons

      Upper management is blind to a lot of what goes on. There is a lack of communication between departments. Also a lack of job knowledge.

      Pros

      Tugs approaching 40 years old but very well maintained. Company tries to keep its employees even in a downturned market.

      Cons

      A union company that seems to control the union so the union seems more indebted to the company that to the members. 40 year old tugs are costly to run and maintain. Each division is their own little mafia and are not so happy to share their work when a downturn affects their a different division.
