      Pros

      Large Company, Lots of Systems, Comunication Equipment, Adequate Technology Level. In house Software self maintained. Knowledge of international laws to adapt systems to all servicing countries.

      Cons

      Hard to Reach a better position. IT is only a service inside the company. Resistance of change. Basic Benefits, Too much overtime required every end of accounting period and budget time. Lots of traveling.

      Good pay, though raises were in question. Awesome benefits, though the health care subsided a bit.

      Cons

      Micro-management was common but not constant. Often asked for "a little more" than what had been expected. Not always given the living conditions that had been promised.
