Integrity value sounds good but in the real life it is not applied; you need to gain "brownie points" to go up the ladder, if you stop being an upper managements pet then your chances are gone as the manager can inform you bad with the next level; not all the decisions of recruitment are based on real analysis and the options that are set to compete against a preferred candidate are fixed so the prefer candidate can take the place ; firing a person is not performance based nor an assessment is provided prior to firing the person, the decision is only based on how the manager felt like.
