      Pros

      A person can have a steady job here. And Crowley Maritime has many opportunities.

      Cons

      I was stuck in the Government ships and didn't care for the hazardous nature of the work. The company policies required a tremendous amount of paperwork keeping me from doing real work. The ship was in bad condition money and time for repairs were in short supply.

Crowley encourages all employees to speak up if they see unsafe situations such as vessels in disrepair so we can take proper and immediate action.       Law benefits, nice christmas bonus and anual renewal

      Cons

      Huge workload, they want you to do overtime without paying it, for the amount of work you should be receiving a very good salary and the processes that they use are really old, they need to have an specific system to have all the tools in only one

      You can work remotely, WFH. That's it.

      Cons

      The we are a family feels like a weird cult initiation they are very judgeamental and racist... Plus had tons of issues since I was first lured with one salary proposition... And then told by accident they calculated wrongly. Took the job since I had already quited my job...
