      In the past few years senior management has come a long ways to turn around morale.

      Pros

      Crowley is an extremely proactive company with some of the finest equipment in the world. When other companies are forced to layoff personnel, Crowley is able to shift people around to minimize layoffs.

      Cons

      Advancement is very difficult with the union dictating many terms. Inflexibility with time off is also an issue.

      Benefits and schedule flexibility when requested

      Cons

      Several layoffs across the organization. No clear expectations on what’s expected and where you’re headed. No communication on development at all with manager, no feedback whatsoever, performance management is in a very poor state. Growth opportunities within the company are almost nonexistent unless you’re already a manager or director, otherwise they prefer to invest time and money hiring someone new.

      Good salaries, nice perks and benefits

      Cons

      Management and Directors have no idea of what is going on, Supervisors and Team Leads reign supreme and lots of favoritism and shady things are going on when it comes to who gets the raises and promotions.
