      Crowley has great benefits and an excellent work environment.

      Cons

      Compensation tends to be less competitive. With there being plenty of work, they will work you to the bone if you let them.

Please also speak to your supervisor about our new FLEX program if you are feeling overworked. It may allow you to work hours that are more convenient to your schedule.       Professional, Respectful, Great Benefits

      Pros

      I was attracted by the level of professionalism and respect towards others at all levels of the organization. Senior leaders are very approachable and collaborative. The company offers a lot of trainings on safety, organization, culture, and more. Benefits are awesome, especially the new parental leave policy, 12 weeks provided for both moms and dads with newly born or adopted child.

      Cons

      Loads of work, but the positive environment makes it worth while.

      Pros

      Company offers administrative staff excellent benefits, provides the option of obtaining both on site and off site training.

      Cons

      Employees should feel that they can seek assistance from HR without the fear of retaliation from their supervisors. For a company of this caliber a thorough investigation and resolution should be reached before the situation has escalated.
