Company is remote-friendly, pays well and has some of the best employer-paid benefits

Cons

Culture and environment is cutthroat for performance. Expectations of your role/function aren't always clear and are often contradictory. Company consistently gives teams inflated budgets at the beginning of the year and then slashes the whole company to zero-based budgeting come August/September. Frequently over-commits to projects and then pulls out come game time.

Employees are generally well taken care of, and all in all are great.

Cons

The "C" in Crowley stands for change. And not in a good way. Expect massive org changes every year, with significant layoffs. Then a hiring spree. Rinse and repeat.

- Amazing benefits (great HSA contributions, 401k 3% match + 3% lump sum every April in 401k, healthcare costs beat every local company). - A lot of great people work here. - Great investments in technology and data that are helping improve the company. - 3 weeks of PTO and 12 weeks for maternity/paternity leave. - Bonuses are great now that Megan Davidson improved it.

Cons

- No one is held accountable. - Leadership is constantly getting replaced and changing directions. - Lots of layoffs in the last 18 months. - External leadership hires from GE or Deutsche are killing the company culture.
