An overall great environment to work in. Definitely room to learn and grow if you take the initiative.

Cons

Seems a bit top heavy. Sometimes people who should not be in manager positions ended up managing me or seemed like people received promotions for no reason other than to make certain people happy.

Good Healthcare benefits Good initial stepping stone to your career but better to leave and come back later if you want to stay for a long time

Cons

If you're a base level employee you're treated like you're expendable Salary isn't great, market minimum, not a great incentive to stay Thinks offering overtime is a reasonable perk to over-operating
