Very personable, employee oriented with a lot of programs to improve the health and well being. Also opportunity to learn new and different things

Cons

Low salaries, no bonuses or extra compensation regardless performance. Difficult to move up in positions as management. No mayor increases

Descent pay and benefits, vessel life is really good, all safety gear is provided. The only thing you need to provide are work clothes Crowley takes care of everything else.

Crewing coordination is not very good. Never worked a normal on of cycle since I started
