      A company stuck in the past. Pretty much a commodity industry. senior management team is pretty average, nothing special

      Pros

      Benefits are great. Most of the employees are good people and great to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of vision. Not an innovative management team, with a few exceptions of Todd & Rocky. Very political for a small company. Owner is a little disengaged with the business, leaves day to day running of the business to the SLT, most of whom should be grateful to work at Crowley. They would not be successful at any other company outside of the logistics industry.

      Benefits packages are decent enough.

      Cons

      Pay range is low, C in Crowley is for Change. Been moved in job duties 4 times in 2 years, added responsibilities without any consideration in pay increases.

      Great culture, great people, excellent compensation and benefits package. Also ample training and learning seminars to excel your career and personal life.

      Cons

      Promotions are not always based on performance and hard work.
