Excellent benefits, fair compensation, pretty stable company

Cons

A lot of old timers not too much mobility for new employees. Just a few people with a degree, they only know to do what they do, been there all their careers and don't appreciate the company. Most managers shouldn't be in the position they hold, just got it because of seniority.

Growth or advancement is not always there. Some people just coast and gets away with doing nothing while people who truly are loyal and are working hard for the company are not recognized.

There are no pros. Working for this company did not represent any advantage for me.

Cons

After working for 19 years for this company, they notified me that I was being laid off.....I questioned their decision many times but they never gave me a straight answer as to why I was the only employee in the Pricing Department that was being laid off.......Not the company that you want to invest your time in.....Very difficult to get promoted and very few employee incentives.... They prefer to hire people from outside rather than to promote from within......
