Pros

Some great people to work with. Some. Solid forklifts and great testing facilities. Fairly nice offices. Vertical integration allows for easy access to other departments/services.

Cons

WAY too much middle management. Best way to get promoted is to know someone, next best is tenure. Very hard to advance otherwise despite outstanding performance. Formal work environment and hours. Quite a few employees don't care too much about what is good for the company, only what is the easiest path to a paycheck and 5 o'clock.
