      Pros

      Well paid if you relocate constantly.

      Cons

      Micromanaged to death! Raises basedan on management discretion and secret pay scales. Others in same position with far less experience and years can make tons more per hour. You also have to relocate to move up the ladder. Benefits are crap too!

      Company van??? Gas card too???

      Cons

      Pay is based on the managers discretion. So are your raises and promotions, if you get any. Morale is horrible and all that management teaches us how to do is make the company money at all costs. We have lost 3/4 of our staff to Alta Lift Trucks and now we keep hiring kids with no experience. All the company cares about is making money and they teach us how to do it secretly.

      Large helpful company, very family friendly. Benefits are very comparable with other top tier employers. Many opportunities for advancement. A very strong company with deep roots and many successful years to come.

      Cons

      New thoughts and theories of manufacturing given consideration but lacks the true support needed to be a success. Aging workforce very set in old manufacturing theories.
