Great medical benefit packages; double pay or paid day off for your birthday (hourly employees only); career advancement opportunities

Cons

Hourly employees are not able to make up time, for example if you come in late for whatever reason. Very strict on no overtime opportunities for office staff.

Pros

Company has a culture of integrity and, for the most part, cares for it's employees. Like many places, there are some really good and some really poor managers. Very good work/life balance. No micro-managing. Lots of training. Easy to get time off.

Cons

Many, many employees have been there for 10+ years. The problem is that they can't see any other way to do things. Most employees have never been exposed to new ideas and so have tunnel vision. Pay is low. Career advancement is available only if you are willing to relocate and even then, most jobs are already privately reserved for cronies. Lots of politics and favoritism when the rare opportunity for advancement comes up.

Good money, decent benefits, always growing, room to advance, there is always overtime if you want to work it, there is not a lot of mandatory overtime, all around great place to work so far, fairly new to the company

Cons

The only con I could say about working at crown right now is that I was use to the more laid back type of atmosphere in a smaller shop compared to crown, its a bigger company and a little more strict I guess you could say. But as long as you do your job and show up to work, theres nothing to worry about!
