      Micro management and terrible management skills! The company has no idea how to treat their employees you are just a number and they will blame you for anything, they will find anything they can to write you up.

      Nice place to work. You can advance if you become members of the Boys club.

      Cons

      Family own company, not anymore. Managers look at you as a number. Does not matter how hard you work or how long you been there. Very poor management.
