Pros

They have the most structured lift truck supply chain to service your fork litf needs, but also the most expensive!

Cons

In sales they preach about how much money you can make, but if they decide that your making more than they want you to, your territory will be changed. Commissions are paid when the client pays for the product, which is about a 90-120 day turn around. If you leave the company, any commissions due will be forfeited due to terms of job contract. Commonly a sucessful sales person will have $10,000 to $20,000 Pending!!!! GONE. Its ok pay, but consider that you use your own car, and need to replace it every 2 - 3 yrs.

Pros

Few good people . Pay ok benefits ok.

Cons

Management. They micromanage everyone. Just very unprofessional and horrible leadership. Never had to work in a place that you have to write everything down because if you don’t chances are you will get blame or in trouble for something you were told to do but then you get pulled in the office and are being blame for. At the end of the year that’s when they really show how much they appreciate you with 20.00 bonus that they tax you on.
