Pros

Pay was competitive, multiple locations, paid bi weekly, good benefits, good vacation time, location was close to my home and located in a good area of town, Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm

Cons

Company had extremely unethical billing practices. They were charging new prices for used parts and technicians were billing customers for labor hours not performed. The inter office staff was extremely unprofessional and conducted conversations that in most work environments would be considered sexist and racists as well.

Pros

The insurance and benefits are very good especially when you reach your deductible . Most coworkers are friendly but that's the same anywhere . Safe environment.

Cons

Unless you are related to the people in HR it is very difficult to get hired on or to transfer to another area. If you hear HR person has a family member getting married, you can guarantee the new spouse will be hired! VERY STRONG ATMOSPHERE OF NEPOTISM.

Pros

Benefits are ok. But there are many other jobs with benefits...

Cons

The Denver branch is completely understaffed and disorganized. The managers are there only because they have worked at Crown for 10+ years and know nothing else. Unprofessional. Let's just say that on my first day, I was introduced to a woman who'd been with the company for 18 years and had applied for the position I was hired for.. Nobody bothered to tell her that she didn't get it. They base hiring on generic personality tests, so if you want to get hired, take the test and answer all questions with the answers Crown wants to see. Don't be honest.
