Passionate, fun loving people who truly care about putting out the very best product for it's users. Working with like-minded individuals who love anime, games, and everything in between. Flexible work environment. If you work hard, you're rewarded for your efforts. These things do not go unnoticed. Amazing management, particularly in the Product Design section. Designers are encouraged to explore and try out new ideas that can better the products at hand. Pet friendly environment. Lots of free swag.

Cons

The company had growth pains. Sadly, those growth pains have paid dearly on their Glassdoor rating. However, those growth pains have passed, and Ellation is an amazing place to work for.

- Don't get massages as often - They took away the beef jerky from the snack wall - Lunch/Dinner is usually on the healthy side - Company had some growing pains but that has passed
