Pros

Still have some cool titles to work on.

Cons

This company has lots of great people, but leadership are a huge drag on the projects and the vision for the projects are out of touch and suffer due to trying to make a square peg fit into a round hole. Their MO is burn people out, push them out and get someone new in so they can rinse repeat the turn over is horrendous and some people have retired from the industry forever purely because of how poorly this company is run.

The developers here are top notch. You will work with amazing talent on some awesome projects.

Cons

Employees are undervalued and underpaid. Studio leadership consistently over scopes projects, and the individual contributors pay the price. Decisions are made to please the publisher at the expense of the dev team.
