      A lot of hard work, and it was almost worth it.

      Pros

      I had a lot of nice coworkers and very efficient bosses. There's also a nice family-friendly environment, so the customers are typically pretty nice.

      Cons

      You'd be expected to work 5 hour shifts without a break, and you'd be on your feet the entire time. Lunch/dinner rushes were very, very stressful.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, fun environment, and discounted food. It is a typical high school job, however I would not recommend it to anyone past high school unless you are looking at opening your own Culvers restaurant at some point.

      Cons

      The store manager and my location was a career fast food worker which made him very cranky. Although it was a fun place to work you never know what kind of mood you will get from the manager, one day he is more excited than a kid on Christmas and the next day hes terrible to be around.

      Pros

      Every year there is a raise, food is good and you get 50% off, you can be as young as 14 to work here

      Cons

      Had me on dining and I been there for almost two years, barely got to make desserts or drive thru, and I taught myself mostly everything.
